Inspiring the Body to be its Best is the vision for wellness Pat brings to his work as a Therapeutic and Thai Massage Therapist and Teacher. An avid sports enthusiast, he understands the importance of keeping the body finely tuned. Therapeutic Massage inspires tense muscles to recover quickly and restores optimum function. With well over 3000 hours of formal western-style massage training and close to a decade of experience, Pat’s reliable expertise in a wide range of techniques bring back proper functionality and pain free movement to his clients.

In 2011, the quest to become a Yoga Instructor lead Pat to southern India where he lived and studied in an ashram, benefiting mind-body-and-soul from the guidance of many spiritual teachers. This life-changing adventure strengthened his resolve to focus his compassionate healing skills in service to others. Pat’s fascination with Eastern healing practices led him to Thailand as well, where he spent several months studying Ancient Nuad Bo Rarn Traditional Thai Massage. He earned his Registered International Practitioner and Teacher Qualifications in March, 2015 with 450 hours of advanced certification in Chiang Mai.

Pat’s welcoming personal style encourages people to feel comfortable about the many ways massage can be a beneficial choice that produces direct and inspiring results on the path to greater wellbeing.

Sara Gallagher
Registered Massage Therapist

Sara was Melanie’s massage therapist for 5 years… when Melanie opened her studio she knew she had to bring Sara on her team. Luckily she agreed because she is AMAZING at what she does! The BEST.
We are lucky to have her.

Sara graduated from the two-year MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy program in 2013 with a 2200 hour certification.

She is trained in a wide variety of modalities and techniques which enables her to treat chronic pain, common injuries and conditions.

She particularly enjoys providing therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation and pre & post-natal massage to her clients. She looks forward to furthering her education and pursue a certification in Active Release Technique.

Sarah also does cupping and Reiki Massage!

Kim Crann
Registered Massage Therapist

Kimberly is a registered Massage Therapist who has completed the 3000hr Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program at Makami College. She is also a Reiki Practitioner, levels 1 and 2 which she completed with Sacred Wellness in May 2018.

She is New to Buddha Belly and is very excited to offer a variety of massages including Therapeutic, Relaxation, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal, Child/Baby, & Trigger Point Therapy. In addition to massage, she is also trained in Reiki, Body Scrubs, & Body Wraps. Kimberly is a sweet & authentic person who’s main goal is to treat her clients to absolute effective, therapeutic and relaxing massage experience.

Kimberly plans on continuing her education with courses in cupping, and advanced cervical whiplash within the next year and going back to school for Acupuncture in 2019. When she is not at work, Kimberly can be found in the kitchen creating bath products, kayaking, or hiking in the mountains.
